Resolved: Received 2 of 3 dvds and none work. sent 1st back .
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I ordered three DVDs and, after a month, one arrived and did not work. It would not load.
I sent it back at my own expense and was told that I would be refunded for the shipping after they receive it. The second DVD arrived a week later and it would not load, just like the first one. I think this is a backyard operation. I have not yet received the third DVD.
I will not return the second DVD until I get a refund for the first one. Do not buy from these crooks.

Placed an order for two used items. Invoice email was sent.
No tracking # sent. After nearly a month of waiting I demanded a full refund from my credit card company. Seller did not respond to any of my email inquiries.
Unprofessional. Cannot believe this company is still in business.

Delivery problem
Still haven't received my dvd I ordered read a lot of bad reviews after the fact . if your not gonna send my order I would like a full refund

I ordered a DVD some time ago.I contacted you.
Excalibur sent me an Email stating that the DVD I ordered was on back order and would be sent as soon as it came in. That was several weeks ago and I've heard nothing since.
I understand they may be having trouble with THIER vendor and if the DVD is no longer available I would like to know so I could make another choice or get my money back. I would certainly NOT make another purchase if this doesn't get resolved, nor could I recommend this company to anyone else!

I ordered a DVD some time ago.I contacted you.
After some time passed I received an Email from Excalibur stating that the DVD was on back order and would be sent as soon as it came in. That was several weeks ago and I've heard NOTHING from them since.
It is possible that they are having problems with their vendor. If that is the case and the DVD is no longer available I would like to know.
I could make another choice or get my money back. I can't see myself making another purchase if this doesn't get resolved.

It was for carol connors Triple feature and Erotic Adventures of Candy and Brides initiation. I have read some bad reports about Excalibur Films and I will say this and if my order is not filled soon, I will spread the word and will no longer order any thing from you in the future.John L Davis.

They almost took my money
I ordered a certain film which they had advertised on their web site. I waited over a week and it didn't show up so I left them a message on their answering service saying that I wanted a refund. It was only then that they told me it was out of stock and to order something else. I e-mailed them that I wanted a refund and they still never got back with me. I finally went to my credit card issuer and told them the story and they said they would deal with it.
Their customer service is non existent.
I'm used to Amazon where you get what you want and everything goes off with out a hitch but not these folks.
Do not order from these folks.
